Sampling, Payment and Order

1. How can I get samples?

To see is to believe, we are willing to send our customers the real samples for study and valuation. The samples will be sent out only when we receive the payment by T/T, Western Union or Paypal. Samples are usually sent out by global express air shipment like UPS, DHL, FedEx, and TNT at your option. The sample lead time is usually a 1 – 10 days subject to different products.

2. How to place an order?

Generally, you can send us your Purchase Order by Email or Fax. After receipt of your inquiry, we will send you the Proforma Invoice (P/I) for your reference. The following info is required before we send you the P/I: your name, your company, your contact info, your required items, your required quantity, your preferred shipping method and your nearest port.

3. What’s your usual payment term?

For the bulk order, we accept the payment terms: 30% T/T prepay, and 70% balance need to be paid against shipping documents. For just a few units for sampling purpose, 100% T/T in advance is required.

4. Can we get our own Logo printed on the products?

Yes, we are happy to offer customers LOGO service. LOGO can be printed on individual box. You can send us the LOGO by email in PDF or JPEG format. We will quote according to the size, color, quantity, etc.

5. Do you offer OEM service?

Yes, we are happy to work with our customers for providing OEM service.

6. How long for the warranty period?

It depends on different products, between 0.5 ~ 10 years. 3 years for solar brushless water pumps 10 years for solar panels and 0.5 year for traditional solar motor water pumps. We can replace defective products with new good ones on the following order.

3. Does solar pump kit need sunshine?

Yes, our solar pump kit needs sunshine. The electrical output of photovoltaic (PV) cell is dependent upon the intensity of the light to which it is exposed. So PV cells will tend to generate more electricity on bright days than when skies are overcast. However, PV cells do not need to be in direct sunlight to work, so even on overcast days a PV cell will be generating some electricity. As PV cell provided by us is very efficient and effective, so the solar pump kit sometimes run even in drizzly weather.

4. Will solar pump kit function well in the winter?

Yes, as long as its not freezing in the fountain statue or pond. In a freezing case, any solar pump must be disconnected otherwise it may try to work in the ice when receiving a light of sunshine. 8. Can the solar pump be used in irrigation for farming?

Our solar pumps are a low-flow type for the private home sector, not for water supply in field. But it is possible to connect it with a drip irrigation system for irrigating small gardens or fields, depending on the plant sort, sun intensity and the deepness of the water-level.

9. How to install the solar pump kit?

a. The Gene Solar solar pump kit have been designed to use for fountain or waterfall feature. The pump derives its power directly from a solar module. In order for the pump to operate in best performance, the solar panel needs to be placed in direct sunlight. The performance of the pump depends on the season and the position of the solar module.

b. Place the pump underwater making sure that when the pump operates, it is fully immersed underwater.

10. Can the pump run in high temperature water?

The pump is designed for fountain. It isn’t suitable for hot water. The most appropriate water temperature is below 40℃.
